AEP offers a variety of Distribution training programs that are intended for work on 40kV and below. These programs also are offered at various levels, including apprentice and journeyman. A student will gain exposure to topics ranging from pole climbing to operating and maintaining electrical systems. Each training program also stresses effective job briefings.
